At KiKi Beauty Bar we strive to have policies that protect our staff and our amazing clients. Over the years we have found what works for us, and we want you to be knowledgeable about why we have certain rules and policies in place. Below you will find our current salon policies. These are subject to change without further notice.

  • Late Policy: At the 9 minute mark you will be listed as a no show. Most of our services only take 15 minutes, and at this point you have missed half of your scheduled time. We don’t want to rush through giving you perfect brows because, well, we want them to be perfect! If you are running late please call us and we will try our best to accommodate you if we have any available openings.

  • Credit Card on file: In order to receive services with us, we require that you have a current and valid credit card on file. Your information is safe and secure and will only be used in the event you are a no-show, late cancellation, or ask to use that card for payment of the services you received.

  • No-Show and Late Cancellation: We do our best to remind you of your upcoming session with us. We want to see you and hear about everything going on in your life! We send email and text confirmation, along with confirmation calls. If you cancel within the 24 hour mark of your appointment, are a no call no show, or cancel same day, you will be charged 100% of the services booked. This is to protect our service providers, and ensure we can accommodate everyones services. So please be sure to call us if you are going to be late, have an emergency, or need to reschedule your appointments! If you no-show more than 3 times you will be placed on a walk in only basis.

  • Hair removal touchups: We strive to give you the perfect service and always double check our work, but we are only human and sometimes, something can be missed. If you notice something that will need a touch up we will fix it for free within 5 calendar days of your service. The 5 days begin the day after the service was completed and ends on the 5th calendar day. This applies even when KiKi Beauty Bar is closed for a holiday during that time frame. Only when the 5th day falls on a holiday, when the Beauty Bar is closed, will the policy be extended an additional 6th day for you to receive a touch-up service.

  • Underage Policy: We fully support your decision to get glammed up by us but how do your parents feel? We require anyone under the age of 18 have a parent or guardian on site for their first visit to fill out the intake and policy form. If we don’t see their ID and have their autograph we can’t provide you with any services. Parents of our minors are allowed in the treatment room should they choose to do so, but is not required.

  • One Client per Room: Only one client is allowed in the room while services are being provided. We want to be able to give you a relaxing, fun experience and make sure we give you all the information necessary while you are on our table. If the client is a minor, they may have a parent in the room to accompany them. If you are a parent and have a small child, you may bring them into the room as long as they are secured in a stroller.

  • Sanitation: We take sanitation very seriously. We use medical grade disinfectants on all of our tools, tables, and in our treatment rooms. We never double dip a stick in our wax, and all service providers are required to be in possession of multiple tools so everything will be properly sanitized and disinfected for your protection.

  • Refund Policy: Thank you for purchasing a gift card, product, or package with us! Please note there are no refunds or returns issued for the purchase of these items.
